Larry Miller jumps more than 100 markets as he joins WCFT in Birmingham, Ala. from KOBI in Medford, Ore. Miller will be a general assignment reporter at WCFT.
Elishah Oesch joins KOIN in Portland as the morning anchor. Previously, she worked at WKOW in Madison.
Miller and Oesch are represented by Mort Meisner Associates.
