Omaha Station Debuts 9 P.M. News on Subchannel

Omaha ABC affiliate KETV debuted a 9 p.m. newscast on its Me-TV subchannel last night.

“This is an important step in expanding our news coverage,” said KETV gm Ariel Roblin. “It allows KETV to provide more live local news, weather and sports for our viewers. This will give our loyal Me-TV viewers the 9 p.m. news they have been asking for.”

Rob McCartney, Brandi Peterson, Bill Randby, Andy Kendeigh, Jeremy Maskel and Melissa Fry will anchor the newscast which will also stream live on the KETV mobile site and its website.
