Nexstar Broadcasting announced it’s buying four North Dakota CBS affiliates for $44 million from Reiten Television.

The four stations are KXMC in Minot, KXMB in Bismarck, KXMA in Dickinson and KXMD in Williston, North Dakota. The agreement also says Nexstar will provide sales and other services to two ABC affiliates owned by Forum Communications, KMCY in Minot and KBMY in Bismarck.

Nexstar says the Minot-Bismarck-Dickinson-Williston market is one of the fastest growing DMAs in the U.S. It’s gone from DMA 160 to DMA 139 between 2006 and 2015.
