Altice USA, the owners of the News 12 Networks and i24News, will combine both networks to launch Alice USA News.
It will combine newsgathering efforts among the News 12 Networks in New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut and the Bronx and i24News, a Tel Aviv-based newschannel with U.S. operations in New York and Washington D.C.

Longtime News 12 Long Island news director Patrick Dolan, a member of the Dolan family which sold Cablevision to the French conglomerate Altice in 2016, will now serve as a senior network adviser. He will report to Michael Schreiber.
