Former WVUE weather anchor, Chris Franklin, is taking a full-time gig across town at the Tegna-owned CBS affiliate, WWL-TV.
“Please welcome Chris Franklin as a full time member of the Pinpoint Weather Team. Chris has been great helping part time on weekend mornings since last year for us and will join the staff full time at the end of June,” said WWL chief meteorologist, Chris Arredondo on Facebook yesterday.
Franklin, who is a New Orleans native, has been filling at WWL in since last May. He left WVUE, the Raycom-owned FOX affiliate, in 2016.
