WCAU reporter Nefertiti Jaquez is out at the NBC owned Philadelphia station.

She hasn’t been seen on air since reporting about a Philadelphia cop who had been shot in the head last Thursday. Her bio has been removed from the station website and a spokesperson confirmed she no longer worked there.

According to TVeyes, last Thursday Jaquez reported live from Temple University Hospital, where the officer had been taken.  At 5:34 p.m., she told viewers, three independent sources had confirmed the officer had died.
