Nearly Half of All Las Vegas TVs Were Tuned to KSNV for Stanley Cup Final

Las Vegas’ best on the NHL is paying off for the city, and NBC affiliate KSNV.

The expansion Las Vegas Golden Knights not only made it all the way to the Stanley Cup in their first season, they took game one last night against the Washington Capitals, which included an elaborate Vegas-style pre-game show.

Not surprisingly, the top two markets were Las Vegas and Washington, D.C. Las Vegas affiliate KSNV scored a whopping 28.1 rating / 44 share, meaning 44 percent of Las Vegas homes were tuned to KSNV.

In Washington, D.C, WRC scored a 16.1 rating making it the highest rated Capitals game ever for NBC in Washington.

Games 2 and 3 of the Finals will air on NBCSN, Wednesday and Saturday. Game 4 will be back on NBC Monday night.
