NBC Owned Stations Launch COZI TV To Replace NonStop Channels

The NBC owned stations are launching COZI TV, a new national network for “iconic television series, hit movies and original programming” that will air on digital subchannels of the 10 NBC O&Os beginning next year.

COZI TV will replace the NBC NonStop channel. Local newscasts that currently air on NonStop will continue on COZI TV, which allows each station daily blocks of time for news, sports and event programming.

“This new network will provide local stations an opportunity to give their viewers rare access to some of the greatest hits of all time with minimal distraction from their main focus of delivering local news and information,” Valari Staab, president of the NBC O&Os, said in a statement.
