Lauren Kapp has been named Vice President, NBC News Communications. The announcement was made today by Allison Gollust, Executive Vice President, NBC Universal Corporate Communications and Steve Capus, President, NBC News. The appointment is effective immediately.
“Lauren has earned the trust and respect of people from every division of NBC News and from those who cover us across the media landscape. A true professional with great integrity and a strategic thinker, Lauren will be a valuable asset to me, and to my entire executive team at NBC News,” said Capus.
