In time for the Sonia Sotomayor confirmation hearings and announcement of a new Surgeon General nominee, MSNBC has taken the wraps off a new set in the NBC News Washington Bureau. The HD-ready studio will be used for “Hardball” and other MSNBC programs which originate from Washington.
