Milwaukee anchor George Mallet has just wrapped his second stint at WTMJ.
He was let go after less than two years as main anchor at the station, OnMilwaukee confirms.
“I remain very happy to be back in Milwaukee and am thankful for the opportunity I had to work at TMJ4,” he told the paper.

Mallet previously worked for the Scripps owned NBC affiliate from 2007-2010 before leaving for a station in Vermont.
