Mike Caplan Makes ‘Surprise Entrance’ on Good Day Chicago

Meteorologist Mike Caplan, who left WLS almost a year ago with the arrival at the ABC-owned station of Cheryl Scott, made a “surprise entrance” across the street at Fox-owned WFLD.

“It’s great to be here on Fox 32, I wish I had better weather to report,” Caplan said after he was ushered onto the set as “extra help” on a big weather morning Monday. Discovered sitting in the green room, Caplan said “I’m available.”
