Meteorologist JD Rudd is joining KSHB, the NBC affiliate in Kansas City. Rudd moves from KSNW, the NBC affiliate in Wichita.
“While I am extremely excited about this new endeavor, leaving Wichita will truly be bittersweet. I have made many great friends here over the years and I will miss them all greatly,” Rudd wrote on Facebook. “…I have learned so much, in so many different ways, while working in Wichita. I’m eager to see what the future holds.”
Rudd joined KSNW in 2008. He has previously worked at KMOT and KXMC in Minot, North Dakota.
