Mark Higgins has been named gm of Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. CBS affiliate WSPA.

Higgins, who starts Monday, October 17, was GM at Media General’s New Haven, Ct. station WTNH-WCTX. He’s also worked as COO of advertising agency Spark, GM of KTVK-KASW in Phoenix and GM of WOFL-WOGX in Orlando.
