Matt Kozar has left CBS-owned New York station WCBS to work at the Mount Sinai Health System.

“I’m excited to tell you that I’ve accepted an offer to be Director of Media at the Mount Sinai Health System, which encompasses seven hospital campuses and a medical school,” Kozar wrote on his Instagram page last week. “The new job includes a long list of responsibilities that will challenge me and allow me to enhance the skillset I’ve developed as a journalist.”

Kozar worked at ABC-owned WABC for two years before coming to WCBS in June 2014. Before that, he worked at KSNV in Las Vegas, WJTV in Jackson, Miss., and WBOC in Dover, Delaware.
