KING meteorologist Mary Lee says her last day at the Seattle NBC affiliate is Sunday.
Lee made the announcement on Sunday’s morning newscast and recently posted it to her Facebook page.
“It was hard to make the announcement on our Weekend Morning Show today but I’m leaving KING5,” she wrote on her Facebook page. “My last day is next Sunday October 30. Thank you for letting me be a part of your lives. It’s truly been a blessing, honor and privilege to forecast for you and serve our amazing community.”

She came to KING in 2013 from KPRC in Houston. She’s also worked at KXAN in Austin, Texas, KHSL in Chico and KOVR in Sacramento, Calif.
