Marquette Station Still Having Transmitter Trouble

By Kevin Eck

Marquette. Mich. CBS affiliate WJMN told viewers this morning it’s fixing the transmitter that went out last weekend.

“If the weather cooperates,” writes the Nexstar-owned station. “[T]he expectation is that the signal will be fully restored shortly after the installation of these new parts.”

TVSpy wrote about the station having transmitter problems in January. At the time, it was the second time in three months the transmitter had issues.

We asked the chief engineer about the issues. We’ll update when we hear back.
