Anita McMillan-Murphy saw the drama on TV and recognized Chris from her church. She went to the scene and got Chris to come down came down after offering to help him out.

“He’s a good man, he’s just got some problems,” said McMillan-Murphy.

KTLA said it’s not clear why the man climbed the The 160 foot tower. He was not arrested and no charges were expected to be filed.
