A man is barricaded inside the WMAR building in Baltimore after repeatedly ramming the station with his vehicle, according to WJZ. Staffers were evacuated, according to WMAR meteorologist Mike Masco:

>Update: In a press availability broadcast live on WJZ, the Baltimore police called the incident an “ongoing tactical situation.” A SWAT team is on the scene. Baltimore police also say they are not certain everyone is out of the building and that additional employees may be sheltering in place.
