A Texas man will face a judge in a Houston federal court Friday after threatening to burn down KBTX, the Gray-owned CBS affiliate in Byran, Texas.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Jason Eric Bewley has been harassing the station and its general manager, Mike Wright, for years.

Last year, he sent Wright an email that read “It’s too bad you’re a dead man walking,” according to federal court filings and “I will split your skull open Mike Wright KBTX.”

Bewley was indicted in Texas in April. A judge later put out a warrant for his arrest, and North Carolina authorities caught him on June 22.

He’s facing two charges of transmitting threats through interstate communications.

This isn’t the first time the 47 year old has harassed the station and its employees. According to the report, Bewley was arrested in 2008 for threatening employees and throwing a cinder block through the station’s back door.
