London Gets OK For Texas Duopoly

The FCC today approved London Broadcasting Co.’s acquisition of CW affiliate KCEB Tyler-Longview, Texas — a move that will give London a duopoly in DMA 109. London already owns the market’s CBS affiliate, KYTX.

London is buying the station from Estes Broadcasting for $948,000 plus assumption of liabilities.
