Local Stations Use Social Media to Augment Trump Protest Coverage

Protestors took to the streets in many cities last night to protest the election of Donald Trump as President.

Some stations used Facebook to augment coverage and keep viewers up-to-date outside of regular newscast hours.

WABC reporter Josh Einiger used Facebook Live to file reports at a protest in New York City.

And a Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue.
