Alyse Eady is leaving Little Rock, Ark. CBS affiliate KTHV to work as an anchor in Atlanta.
“Thank you for inviting me into your homes each day, and for trusting me to do the job I’ve loved so much,” Eady wrote on her Facebook page. “You can take the girl out of Arkansas, but you can NEVER take Arkansas out of the girl!”
The former Miss Arkansas stared at KTHV in August 2011. Her last day is Friday, July 29.

Eady told Arkansas Business she’s “still working through the details so nothing is official yet” on which Atlanta station she’ll work next.
