Lin TV Corp., a television and online news company, said Wednesday that it expects to report a 23 percent jump in first-quarter revenue, helped by an improving economy and advertising market.
The company forecast revenue of $91.8 million for the quarter ended March 31, up from $74.5 million in the year-ago period.

Lin said its core advertising revenue, which excludes ad sales tied to political campaigns, rose 17 percent to $84.3 million. More…
