A Las Vegas photojournalist is out of jail.  Police arrested KLAS photographer, Neb Solomon, while he was covering a Trump Tax Rally over the weekend.

The Nexstar-owned CBS affiliate posted a story on their website about the incident.

“We support Neb and the rights of all journalists to report from the scene of newsworthy events.  While some details surrounding this arrest are still being gathered, we are fully prepared to take the appropriate steps based on the facts and governing laws,” said KLAS vice president and general manager, Lisa Howfield.

Las Vegas police released a statement as well.  They claim Solomon was shooting private property. When they asked him to move, he got combative and refused.  He was arrested for trespassing.

Solomon kept his camera rolling.  Click here to watch the story.
