KABC meteorologist, Bri Winkler, is leaving TV to go back to school.
On her Instagram she announced her move and replacement, “I am leaving to pursue a masters in environmental science and next week will be my last on the morning show. I’ll be back to fill in, so it’s a “see you later” not a “goodbye”! Congratulations to @abc7leslielopez for taking the reigns, I know you’ll do great!”
Leslie Lopez is currently the weekend anchor at ABC-owned station.
Winker’s last day is next week. She will be back in a fill-in capacity.
