Dallas Telemundo station KXTX has named veteran journalist and news manager Sandra Thomas as vice president of news. She starts next Monday.
Media Moves reports Thomas was most recently senior director of local and affiliate news for Univision Station Group. Before that, she worked as news director at KDVT and served as regional west coast director for Univision. Thomas is also an award-winning journalist, working at Telemundo’s Mexico bureau chief in the 1990’s.
