Dallas NBC-owned station KXAS has added Wayne Carter to its consumer investigative unit.
KXAS news director Mark Ginther told TVSpy Carter will join the station from WREG in Memphis in December.
The station will also welcome back photojournalist Nefty Gonzalez, who returns in September after working at ABC affiliate WFAA.

Carter has worked at WREG since 2011. He worked at WWL in New Orleans before that.
