KWES Reporter Warms Up for Live Shot with a Little ‘Alphabet Aerobics’

KWES reporter Kim Powell warmed up for a recent live shot by reciting all the lyrics to Blackalicious’ “Alphabet Aerobics.”

She told TVSpy she saw her photographer “goofing around in front of the camera” on Christmas day before the 6:00 p.m. show, so she decided to join in. “Usually whenever I start rapping in front of the camera–or anywhere–I get interrupted,” Powell added this time, “he was nice enough to let me finish the song!”

Powell retweeted the Tastefully Offensive story about her foray into rap.
