Amber Eikel has been named news director at Fox-owned KTVU.
Eikel takes over for Dana Hahn who left the San Francisco Bay Area station in February.
She’s been the assistant news director at the station for over four years. Eikel came to KTVU from KIRO in Seattle, Washington and has also worked at KTNV in Las Vegas, WTMJ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and KMIR in Palm Springs, California.
