KTTV has hired a new anchor from San Diego.
Dan Cohen has joined the Los Angeles Fox affiliate as an evening co-anchor for the 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. news starting Jan. 16.
“Dan’s breadth of experience covering news in Southern California is the perfect fit for the Fox 11 late news. We are excited that he is joining our seasoned team of experienced journalists,” said vp and news director Kristine Knusten.

Cohen was most recently the morning anchor at KFMB. He previously served as an anchor-reporter for WTXL in Tallahassee, Fla.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, specializing in political science and sociology.
