KTRK has hired Lauren Lea as a general assignment reporter.
Lea comes to the Houston ABC-owned station from WOAI in San Antonio where she had worked for over five years.
“My husband has been working in Houston for nearly two years now and after many miles on IH-10 and numerous pit stops at Buc-ee’s, it’s time for me to head east,” she wrote on Facebook when she left WOAI in November.
