Titan Broadcasting announced that Cesar Angulo will join its KTNC San Francisco as president and general manager effective today. KTNC is the Estrella affiliate serving both San Francisco and Sacramento from a signal broadcast from Diablo Peak.
Angulo joins KTNC and Titan from Telemundo where he was the acting general manager and vice president of sales for KSTS San Francisco. (TVNewsday)
