Mark Kriski is known for injecting humor into KTLA‘s morning newscasts but the veteran weathercaster is currently dealing with something that is deadly serious.
Today Kriski is set to undergo the final round of surgery in his long battle with viral pneumonia.
“After everything that’s been done, the doctors just need to go back in and take a look, remove any dead tissue, and so on,” explained to TVSpy sister site FishbowlLA recently. “They’re estimating that I will be in the hospital for two days, and then back home for another ten days to two weeks of recovery.”
