Hill-Rodriguez last worked as news director at KTTV in Los Angeles. She left the station in June 2022.

“This station’s legacy and history of excellence has always been an inspiration to me, so I am honored to be a part of it’s future,” said Hill-Rodriguez. “I look forward to working with the exceptional KTLA news team to deliver relevant and important local coverage that best serves our audience as well as cultivating and supporting an empowering culture of excellence and innovation.”

She’s also worked at KCPQ in Seattle, KRCW in Portland, Oregon, WBBM in Chicago and in Boise, ID.
