KTLA anchor Courtney Friel took her coverage of a recent story to a whole new level yesterday.
In the spirit of the ice bucket challenge, Friel dared Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Police Chief Charlie Beck to dance, all in effort to raise money for a 2-year-old Finley Smallwood. The toddler suffers from Cerebral Palsy but is a good candidate for Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy surgery. Friel has been covering the Smallwood’s story which includes the Dare to Dance campaign.
