John Henry is leaving TEGNA’s St. Louis NBC affiliate to work at its Washington, D.C. CBS affiliate WUSA.

“We’re sad to see him go. But it’s a great opportunity for John,” KSDK GM Marv Danielski told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “But he’s going to a sister station, so we get to keep him with our company.”

Henry started at NBC affiliate KSDK in June 2014. He worked at WBIR in Knoxville, Tenn. before that.
