Bob Morford, news director for Houston Fox-owned station KRIV is leaving the station to work at WAFF in Huntsville, Ala.
Morford’s last day at KRIV is June 1st. He was named news director in June 2013, after starting at the station as assistant news director the year before.
A station spokesperson confirmed his departure and said the station announced the move to staff this morning.

Morford has also worked at WCPO in Cincinnati, KNXV in Phoenix, WPXI in Pittsburgh and WLWT in Cincinnati.
