After two years at KHSL-KNVN in Chico, Kira Klapper anchored her final broadcast yesterday.
Klapper anchors the weekday evening newscasts with Alan Marsden. She said on last night’s newscast that she is moving to San Francisco to be closer to her family.
“I keep thinking I’m crazy to move on,” Klapper said. “Why am I leaving such a good thing? But I feel like this is the time to take a risk, and hopefully someday it will pay off.” Video of her goodbye inside…
