Bob Barry, Jr., sports director at Oklahoma City NBC affiliate KFOR was killed Saturday in a car accident not far from his home. “Bob loved his family, and he loved Oklahoma. We would just ask that everyone say a prayer for his wife Gina and his family at this difficult time,” said KFOR news director Carlton Houston.

The station reports police in Oklahoma City have arrested the driver who caused the accident, who now faces charges of manslaughter, driving without a license and causing an injury accident:

Barry was riding a motor scooter southbound on North May when police say Gustavo Gutierrez-Castillo, 26, unlicensed driver made an illegal U-Turn in front of him.
