Kentucky Sports Anchor to Depart Station After Four Years

WTVQ sports anchor Bryan Kennedy is leaving the Lexington, Ky. ABC affiliate after four years.

He is heading to KMOV in St. Louis, where he will be a sports anchor and reporter, he told viewers in a “life update” on Twitter.

“My time in Lexington has come to an end,” Kennedy said. “I have accepted a position as sports anchor/reporter for @KMOV in St. Louis.”

His last day at WTVQ will be Oct. 2.

Before coming to WTVQ, Kennedy was a morning anchor and reporter at WXXV in Gulfport, Miss.
