Ken Watling has joined Greenville, N.C., CBS affiliate WNCT as evening co-anchor.
He will sit alongside Angela Green, chief meteorologist Jerry Jackson and sports director Brian Bailey at 5, 5:30, 6, 10 and 11 p.m.
He started his career at WWAY in Wilmington, N.C, as a videographer before becoming a reporter and anchor. He last worked as a sports director and anchor for the Buckeye Cable Sports Network in Ohio.

“I grew up watching WNCT and am so excited and energized about getting to come home to a place I love, to do the job I love,” said Watling. “I can’t wait to get to work for the viewers of the East.”
