KDFW Sports Anchor Max Morgan Hospitalized with Congestive Heart Failure

Picture 2Max Morgan, weekend sports anchor at Fox owned Dallas station KDFW remains hospitalized this morning after he was admitted to Methodist Richardson Medical Center Wednesday, suffering from congestive heart failure.

The station reports Morgan’s wife, Marla, says she appreciates all the support and prayers she’s received from viewers, and added, “tell everyone to just keep praying, because it works.”

Morgan, who turned 59 on Friday, has worked at KDFW since 1993. He starts every sportscast with the phrase: “hello Dallas-Fort Worth, let’s talk sports.”
