KBJR Moves Edward Moody, Names Assistant News Director

Edward Moody is moving from weekend to weekday anchor.

The Duluth News Tribune reports Moody will anchor the 10:00 p.m. show and report for the 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. at Duluth. Minn. NBC affiliate KBJR.

Moody came back to KBJR in March from WCCO in Minneapolis. He started his career at the Duluth station in 2002.

The News Tribune also reports anchor Kevin Jacobsen has been named assistant news director. Jacobsen will stay on as co-anchor of the 6:00 p.m. news.

Kati Anderson has been named weekend anchor and producer, replacing Moody. She’ll be joined by Kevin Haas who starts his career at the station as weekend meteorologist.
