Boston’s WBZ has announced a new addition to their team: general assignment reporter Julie Loncich.
According to New England One, Loncich joins the CBS owned station this week, leaving Boston rival ABC affiliate WCVB, where she had been a freelance general assignment reporter since 2013. Before that, she was a reporter at New England Cable News.
Loncich sent a tweet out about the announcement on Friday:

She was congratulated on Twitter by WBZ managing editor Peter Wilson, as well as multiple producers at the network.
