Jessica Harthorn Returns to WWMT in Kalamazoo

Jessica Harthorn has returned to Kalamazoo, Mich., CBS affiliate WWMT as co-anchor of the evening news.

Harthorn worked as a reporter and a weekend anchor at WWMT between 2011 and 2017. She’ll anchor alongside Andy Dominianni at 5 and 6 p.m.

“We are thrilled to have Jessica back in West Michigan reconnecting with our audience.” said Fred Corbus, WWMT-TV/CW7 vice president and general manager. “Jessica brings a wealth of newsroom experience and leadership to our team having worked here at WWMT previously.”

Harthorn last worked as the community relations director at a senior center in Chattanooga, Tenn. Before that, she worked in community relations at WTVC in Chattanooga. She’s also worked in Flint, Mich., Binghamton, N.Y., and Casper, Wy.

“I’m thrilled to be back home! It’s an honor to rejoin the best team of journalists in West Michigan at WWMT-TV,” said Harthorn. “My husband and I are so excited to raise our daughters in a community we know and love.”
