Detroit NBC affiliate WDIV has hired Jermont Terry as a reporter.
Terry came from WTMJ in Milwaukee, where he led the station’s investigative unit.
“Detroit is the single best news town in the nation and Jermont has built his career on breaking stories and having a nose for hard news, which makes him a great fit for our station,” says news director Kim Voet.

Terry has worked at WXII in Greensboro, N.C., WKYT in Lexington, Ky. and WLFI in West Lafayette, Ind.
