WLIO, the NBC affiliate in Lima, Ohio, has hired Jason Mikell as the weekend meteorologist.
Mikell comes from the corporate world where he was a recruiter. He interned at WTXF in Philadelphia at the same time he interned for the National Weather Service and got his bachelors in Operational Meteorology from Mississippi State University this year.
