Connecticut Names Jan. 30 After Longtime Hartford Anchor Who Died Suddenly

Today in Hartford, Conn. there will be a memorial service for former WFSB anchor Denise D’Ascenzo.

The service will take place at the Connecticut Convention Center. D’Ascenzo passed away unexpectedly in December. She was 61.

During the same service, Governor Ned Lamont will dedicate January 30, 2020 as Denis D’Ascenzo Day in the state of Connecticut.
