NBA on-air analyst Scott Hastings showed them all how it’s done when he answered a lingering question around whether Denver Nuggets player JaMychal Green was going to start in an upcoming game.
Wednesday night, Hastings was doing a live hit courtside for Altitude Sports, the Nuggets’ regional cable sports network, when studio host Katy Winge asked him about Green’s status for the game. He’d been listed as questionable because of a wrist injury.
With the players warming up on the court behind him, Hastings turned around, spotted Green and yelled out, “Hey JaMychal! You playing?”
Green shook his head, and Hastings had his answer.
